Refund policy

According to the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 (distance selling) you are entitled to return any goods that are unwanted, or should you change your mind, within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were received. You may be liable for the costs of the return postage but all other monies shall be returned to you within 30 days.

Transit damaged goods must be reported by email or telephone within 30 working days of delivery and must be signed for as received in a damaged condition. Celtic Art Ltd will then arrange for uplift of the damaged goods (UK Mainland only). Customer's outwith the UK Mainland should return the goods along with the original packaging within 30 working days of receipt and must obtain a proof of posting certificate. The customer is entitled to either a full refund or replacement.

Items delivered broken or faulty must be returned to us within 30 days accompanied by full details of the order date and invoice number.

Items considered to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited. The issuing of replacements and credit notes is at Celtic Art Ltd's discretion.

Refunds or replacements will only be dispatched once the original returned goods have been received by Celtic Art Ltd. This does not affect your statutory rights.
