Delivery & Returns



Standard UK Delivery is free on web orders.

Charges should they apply will be calculated depending on delivery area.

Orders will be sent via Royal mail or courier.



Each item is made to order and handcrafted in Scotland.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days but this can sometimes take longer as we are making each item, polishing and setting stones, all by hand for you, and not simply packing and boxing finished pieces. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. 

If you require an item for a specific date please contact us and we will endeavour to make sure your item arrives on time.




1. Returns Eligibility:
We are happy to refund or exchange unsuitable items within 30 days of receiving your order—subject to our exclusions below—provided goods are returned in a saleable condition, in their original packaging, with a valid receipt and are not considered to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
Earrings, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Bespoke or customised jewellery/products, engraved jewellery, and sales goods are all non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes jewellery and items that have been engraved, incorporates a special gemstone, have been enamelled in a unique colour, is an unusual size, or has been specially commissioned including items cast in alternative precious metals. This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Return Process:
If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Service team at within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Include a copy of the original invoice inside the package.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return or replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.

5. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

7. Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the item you desire.

8. Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.
